Have to reboot PC each time I close HB

Hi,

I have an issue on one of my computers, Everything is running fine as long as I dont close an HB session. If I quit HB, for exemple to change my toon and start HB again it will be stuck here (log attached)
Then if I restart my PC everything will go smooth as long i dont close HB ...
It's kinda annoying since I'm switching a lot beetween my toons, so if anyone have an idea on why it will be helpfull

make sure you are running both bot and game as admin and you are running wow under 32bit
