Have not received Hearthbuddy key

Hi all,

I have recently purchased the hearthbuddy key but after a day and I have still not received the key in my email or through buddyauth.

It says it should take about 15 mins but its been way longer than that and I will like to know what is happening.
I have also sent in a support ticket giving my paypal transaction ID and the issue I'm currently facing.
