have 1 year 1 session plan, want to buy a second session

I have a 1 year 1 session plan with 6 months left on it. I don't want it to go to waste but I need to be able to use a second account. Can I buy a 1 session 6 month plan so they run out together and still use both keys?

or do I need to let this one go to waste and buy a 3 session key?
