Perhaps a separate section for hatched pokemon would be useful? For me its hard to see what pokemon have been hatched.
Also at times the program seems to only use the unlimited incubator even though there are limited ones in inventory. An option to chose which eggs to incubate would be nice
Last, a search function for the list of pokemon captured would be great. Being able to quickly find certain pokemon to see how many candies are available for it could be very useful
