Has there ever been a banwave?
And if so how severe, how many people were banned?
How did you guys deal with it?
Is there a way to shut the bot down?
When do you think the most common ban times are (like time of day)?

Just curious on the bot, and detection and shit. I use a different account to bot on than my main one, so I do not give a shit if it gets banned, so do not give me some shit like do not bot if your afraid. I could give three shits, the gold I am making has definitive paid for itself.

Has there ever been a banwave? Imo, no... cause then we talk about 100's banned. 25 aint a banwave.
Is there a way to shut the bot down? Bot has a built in tripwire, if detected, shuts down.

Looks like you do give 3 shits or you wouldnt ask this. Botting is never safe. On main or extra account, you always have a chance to be banned.
You never know if someone reported you, and fe, got 5 of his friends to do the same.

tbh, SOR people should get a frikkin life. Make a effin char with a name that makes sense. Stick it in a social guild. And then bot away... Make your own guild
for all i care, but be in one. They dont make effort, names like YITIUTY in Uldum 24/7 being lvl 80, lvling to 85 by mining / herbing, you guys make us look bad !!!
So easy to spot those bots, at least make some effort, even if you dont care about the account, no need to say, hi im botting, look at me, then u can spot others aswell!

I'm pretty sure there was a banwave about 2 years ago.. not sure if it hit honor buddy or gather buddy because I wasn't affected.. But, It was because one of them was on the same offsets as another bot or something if I remember correctly. Nothing since then though. Been using HB/GB now for close to 2 years straight with only a ban here and there. Normally from my own carelessness

IMO the HB team are great. =] They do a really good job with security =]

I have two of those people in the guild I made. I bot too on one of my other accounts, and I don not recall them ever logging off. One is 80 the other is 85. However I don't mind as there 'family' in a sense. So just best to leave them be and figure out what is necessary on their own. Thanks for your input it is much appreciated.

The last banwave I remember was Glider. I didn’t bot back then, but it was big, really big. That was when WoW was much more popular than now though. I don’t think Blizzard can afford to ban all botters at this point because a.) they would lose too many subscribers which would make shareholders very unhappy and b.) there are just too many people botting now.
It’s almost mainstream, just look into any <85 AV during this weekend. Good luck finding more than 50% real, responsive players.

Whats wrong with SoR Accounts, Blizzard made SoR so that people would come back and play and of course they knew that Gold Farmers and Account sellers would have tons in stock, It all comes down to the subscriptions they have each month, They dont really care if you bot a few hours a day and put a few items on the AH as long as you are paying them the $15 and playing every now and then on your accounts.
