I haven't played in year and back then I was botting for months and months 24/7 and the only thing that got me banned was selling to chinese...

Is it the same now? Can you still bot 24/7 flood the AH with ore and herbs and get away with it?

What a constructive answer xP. Well they still ban for the same lame reasons and you can appeal it and often get it from a permanent to a 72 hour ban.

There's guides all around the web and on various forums how to not get banned.. Such as botting 24/7 might trigger some "account has been online for too long doing the same thing BAN"
or flooding the AH can trigger "Abuse of the economy" all theese things are just theories and nothing is really confirmed.

Yes and no. There hasn't really been any recent ban waves, and Blizzard doesn't really "***** down" on those that know how to keep a low profile, but if you are being stupid (like botting 24/7 in a high populated area like Uldum) you can almost expect a ban. It's more about common sense than anything else. As I said if you keep a low profile you really shouldn't have anything to worry about, but if you make it obvious that you're botting you're going to get banned. Most bans come from player reports though so I don't really think Blizzard is going out of their way to find botters.
