Has banning slowed down again?

Alright, quick question while going through the ban section..

Within the last couple of weeks, there's been massive amounts of bans (yea ino, obvious..) but the last couple of days it seemed to have slowed down abit?
Am I wrong here? and if i'm not, what does that mean?
- Are people taking a break, too many banned, or what?


I'm currently leveling a battlechest, setting up a mule w/ professions, making a small amount of startup gold. But in the next week, i'll be reaching lvl 90.
So will it be as safe as GB2/professionsbuddy has always been, or are blizzard still going ham on shit..?
 
Could have been a quick unique script ban in order to get more people to buy the new battlechests.

Apparently every time they have a sale they have big bans...

im testing the waters now with an old account of mine I SOR'd. I am the original owner, just let 9 or so of my accounts fall inactive last time I quit :P

no problems yet running kicks for about 5 hours a day or so. will post updates once I make it to 90 and start gathering again.
 
would be very intresting if they are slow down a bit ... if not, i think its gone.
 
Been BG Botting all day on my Rogue, also been leveling a monk and a DK with Kicks questing profile. Also ran GB2 for 3 hour bursts since the weekend.
 
so i am new here. just got banned by blizzard (completely UN related to this or using any bots) just stupidity of blizzard and my own bad luck

anyways now i got nothing to loose, and was thinking ill give boting a chance, is it still worth it? will it be safe to use to lvl a few 90's with it and than start gathering? would love to ask someone with experience for tips and advice. also any on going questions i might have. been reading around, figured most things out just few little things i don't get.

Boting is never safe. Atm you have big chance to get ban then usual.
 
i should of frased that better. what are the chances of being caught for using the bot to quest? and to farm? like how quick could the ban hammer hit me

We are in realy big wave of bans at the moment. On all EU realms is high Blizzard activity. After a certain activity HB on your account, there is high posibility to detect bot behavior. This is not usual, but is present atm. If you wish to level from 1 lvl to 90 level with questing, there is high chance they gona caught you and ban you. About farming is same. You can farm, but not enough to make decent amount of gold. Maybe 2-3 hours a day and you should be fine.
 
What has slowed down is the reports on the ban section.

1) not everyone is reporting the bans they get
2) since the ban wave started a lot of people gave up so there are even less people posting about the bans.

You can't compare the post per day on the ban section with blizzard's ban rampage.

I kinda figured that not everybody was reporting their bans, but to me it seems like it has pretty much stoppped completely..
So I was just hoping blizzard had a Employee of the month competition in their botting/hacking department, and that it had ended..
 
Was starting up one farmaccount today again, 4 hours of farming => Permaban!

Nope has not slowed down, I suppose.
 
Just botted three toons to 90 using Kick's Questing Profiles. I have not touched my main account with a bot in several weeks, but I have used a few other accounts for the last week and half with no problems. I even used GB2 to level up mining from 0-600 on one of them after I hit 90. I watch my toons the whole time they are botting, and I know most of the problems they will encounter before they get there. So, I know there has been nothing for any human to report about my toons. This lends some credence to the idea that much of the problem has been people getting reported, but it does not prove that idea. If Blizzard is going on a quota then I could be included in next week's group to get banned.
 
I've had BGbot on for almost 24 hours now non stop apart from two disconnects where I logged in again within 5 minutes.
 
I want to try it today with a sor account

Would it be possible to set the bot to farm vanilla stuff?
