Has anyone successfully ran instancebuddy in levels 1-60?

Looking for people who ran instancebuddy during levels 1-60 who had little or no trouble at all, and any tips on what dungeons to select to run so i can avoid problems.

I was running 3 dungeons yesterday with my Hunter (lvl 26) and got no problems => I was totally AFK.
