Has anyone been getting banned lately?

Since hearing that Nox is what's been getting people banned and since PF updated a week or so ago when the bot started sending phone data and became much closer to the real client I have not had any account banned *knocks on wood*. My two accounts around level 30 that I bot daily are still fine and working. Of course it could be that Niantic doesn't have software that automatically bans people and instead they do it manually in waves and they just haven't done another wave yet. Has anyone whose only using PF/their phone been getting banned? Has anyone whose been using Nox not gotten banned? Curious to know, thanks!

I also find this curious, I have been using PF 'safely' (walking speed etc etc... ) and on the odd occasion popping on to Nox to sort Items/ hatch eggs (not touching stops/ catching).. and my account has been going strong for 3.5 weeks.. I have a feeling that you are correct when it comes to bans coming in 'waves'. I'm interested to see if their system flags us, compiles a list of 'botters' then Niantic ban the list manually? I'm thinking that niantic are struggling to detect alot of us now since we have altitude control + Phone model etc... but Niantic are a resourceful bunch
