Has anyone been banned using the latest build 138?

How about sniping manually with nox or using pokesniper? Anyone getting banned for that now?
 
I bot literally 24/7, am level 36 now, and use Pokemon Go on my phone AT THE SAME TIME as I'm botting to take gyms and evolve Pokemon, use lucky eggs, etc.

I uh... haven't been banned either for some reason.

When did you start to bot from level 1? One month ago? Two weeks ago? What date? Before or after last big ban wave?
 
There is litteraly no ban wave as of resently just some random ban, why do I know this??? CMON POKESNIPERS!!!!! People jump from location to location sniping pokemon and not get banned??? Seriously. People

I've been snipe a few pokemon last time using xmod where you jump to the location then jump back and catch. With new POGO realease where it displayed locations of catched pokemon, it looks weird bacause where as i been catching pokemon all over the world now. Maybe its just a matter of when now to be banned. Till then.

I am confused often to hear about "Bot in same area as your IP". I have international mobile provider. Very often I get "USA"-IP but I am in Europe. So I don't understand what is this "same area". If we would talk about my home IP, my fixed network IP- no question. But mobile IP is not geographic, it can be whatever and whenever. What do you think about it?

Yes, i am talking about home IP. I think (my oppinion), that is is highly unsafe to bot in for example usa, but local IP is somewhere in europe.

But if you want to know if some account is flagged and will be banned with the next ban wave, no one can answer this question, because no one can know about flags.

I run go bot manager with probalbly 30 to 40 (proxied) accounts I lose maybe 4 - 5 accounts a day to perma bans. They are banning.

I would suspect that these banned posts were posted because someone arrogantly claimed "No one is banned since last wave of bans in august. No one. Doesn't matter what are you doing..." on behalf of millions of other pogo players.

As for PF users, I would assume that none of us ever got banned again after 138. If there is anyone or someone, he hasn't posted yet. But I would attribute it to the stability and safety of PF, rather than to someone's claim that no one is getting banned at all.
