Has anyone actually managed to successfully appeal their 6 month ban?

I've got perma banned for this from my 1st appeal. This game sucks.

This is the latest response from Customer Support:
Hello ***!

Your World of Warcraft account has been permanently closed due to a direct breach of the Terms of Use.

Why? I admitted that I used a bot in my ticket and they actually appreciate it that i was being honest and open about it. You should appeal the perma cause you did nothing different than all others.

Have you ever been caught for speeding and issued a ticket? Perhaps some of you then argued with the cop to try and get it lowered or taken away, most likely did not turn out well for you.

At this point Blizzard is probably pretty irritated, it's just not worth risking a perma ban.

I did send in a ticket asking that they remove my automatic renewal, it was promptly responded to and said that any accounts that are banned have this turned off.

Yes, any frozen account. Sorry, I was mainly referring to the 6 month ban, which I guess is actually a 6 month suspension.
