Hi, I realize that alot of threads has been made lately regarding hardware.

However I am a bit confused since I cannot run near as many botts as others.
The biggest difference seems to be that others is using a intel CPU. Though my CPU does have six cores so I'm not sure why it would not be able to run atleast a bit more botts.

At the moment I am able to run 3 botts without any issues. When running 4 botts my CPU is at 100% and it always causes atleast one of the D3 clients to crash eventually.

Below is my hardware. Please see if you can give any tips on what is causing this bad performance, is it only the CPU?

CPU:
AMD Phenom II X6 1100T Black Edition
Socket-AM3, Six Core, 3,3GHZ/3,7GHz Turbo, 9MB, 12

Motherboard:
ASUS M5A99X EVO, Socket-AM3+
ATX, 990X+SB950, DDR3, 3xPCIe(2.0)x16, CFX&SLI, SA

Memory:
1600MHz 24GB

HDDs:
Western Digital Caviar? Black 1TB
SATA 6Gb/s (SATA 3.0), 64MB Cache, 7200RPM, 3,5",
+
SSD intel 120Gb third generation

Graphic:
XFX Radeon HD 6970 2GB GDDR5

well...it's only idea))
But it seems like u better check BIOS settings))) U got hardware able to run 10 clients...not 3...
And Memory is for abot 30+ clients+DB =)))

Ye I know that the memory is a bit overkill, hehe.

I have uninstalled & re-installed windows since I bought a SSD. I though that the HDD was causing the problem with few bots, though the exact same issue remained.

Do you have any tips on what settings in bios that might need to be changed?
I have enabled the setting in bios for virtual desktops, it's supposed to give it real HW instead of virtual or something.

Appreciate the help alot!

I'm so sry mate but i've never had anything with AMD Hardware...
Try checking here

Well I would say you can run around 5-6 bots on that cpu becouse demonbuddy uses so much.
Demonbuddy and diablo 3 are mainly cpu intensive and well they use up alot.
I for example can run 10 on a i7 2600k stock comparing it to your cpu it's about right that you can only run 4 although with lower settings etc maybe you can run 5-6.

I am ofcourse running on low settings on all bots. Also disabled alot of services/options in windows to increase performance.

I appreciate the help though!
Gonna try to improve my cpu with the link earlier posted

You use isboxer?
Also overclocking ur cpu a bit might help but it's not recomended unless you follow a safe guide.

Ye I'm using VMware for them

I'll take it easy with the CPU :) I just regret my AMD CPU purchase a bit..
