Hard IP Banned?

I have had a problem and i cant connect to normal pokemon go nor can i log in on any account on my phone or pokefarmer, I have tried a VPN but it cant connect with the bot, does anyone have any suggestions or any ideas on what i could do?

my girlfriend had those issues aswell , she just waited it out and now it works again
