Started with DX10, and hung, So I checked the support bored for answers.
Oh good its not just me, oh wow its a lot of people.
Consensuses says drop down to DX9
When I dropped it down to DX9 it worked once, But poorly.
I couldn't pause Enyo and then the HB became unresponsive as a whole.
Closed it down (it crashed WoW in the process) and restarted (still in DX9) and couldn't get it to connect.
I've used HB for years, and this problem has been the most annoying thing I have ever had to deal with
