HackShield Error

HackShield is blocking ArcheAge. The last problem report from HackShield is

Since this error I can't start ArcheAge.

Can somebody help me?
I tryed to reinstall ArcheAge but nothings change..

if your net framework is right version etc and if you have not tried this yet. Go to your archage\live\bin32 folder find hshield folder you will see a folder named asc gop in it and delete everything in it. once you do that go back to hshield folder and right click hsupdate.exe and run as admin
once that finishes go into hshield update folder and right click autoup.exe and run it as admin once thats finished try to run aa again see if that fixes it.
you might be able to skip the hsupdate.exe step but i do it to make sure. The second one readds files to the asc folder which should fix the error
