Well I would like a plugin that spam trade chat with guild advertisements, accepts reply for players who want to join.
Also, accepts guild reqeusts.

My plugin can send whispers and write in party, and a irc client can easily be installed on a phone.

Its not done, and only a small amout of features have been added.
