First of all, not sure if this is the right place to post this, but here it goes:
Since the latest Season/Patch, monks are now in the top tier for speed rift clears. With the Ulianas 6 Set bonus and a few other item bonuses we are able to clear rifts and farm those keys/death breaths within minutes. But if you're botting and your bot is not optimized for this, the bot takes way longer clearing these rifts. Therefore i have decided to share this little setup process.
You will need the following:
Latest DemonBuddy version - Get it here: DemonBuddy
Latest Trinity v2 (Not V3!) - Get it here: Trinity v2
Latest Adventurer - Get it here: Adventurer
Armory for Trinity 2.x - Get it here: Armory (Just to get those shards spent)
A similar Ulianas 6 set build as the one shown here: Speed T8 Clear
Bot Settings:
Full Inventory Handling - Logout
Enable Combat Looting - checked
Use Book of Cain - checked
Trinity settings:
After experimenting with different Trinity i have found what i believe is probably the best setup.
Combat -> Misc -> Elite Mob Settings:
Trigger Range For Elite Combat - 150
Combat -> Misc -> Trash Mob Settings:
Trigger Range For Trash Combat - 40
Minimum Trash Mob Pack Size - 5
Trash Pack Cluster Size - 35
Extend trash-kill range after combat - unchecked
Ignore monsters while 'Reflect Damage' buff is active - unchecked
Combat -> Misc -> Misc Combat Settings:
Treasure Goblins - Kamikaze
Wait For Loot Drop - Delay after kill - 750
Use Movement Spells out of Combat - checked
Use NavMesh to prevent stucks - checked
Flee In Ghost Mode - checked
Attempt to collect health globes - unchecked
Give higher priority to health globes - unchecked
Use convention elements only - unchecked
Combat -> Misc -> Avoidance Settings:
Path Around AoE - checked
Attempt to avoid AoE - checked
Avoid Savage Beast Charge - unchecked
Avoid AoE out of combat - unchecked
Kite to Avoid Death on Low Hp - unchecked (Check this if you don't have a decent amount of Life per Sec)
Avoid Fire Chains - unchecked
Combat -> Monk:
Always use SW before WoL - unchecked
Spam Sweeping Wind on Low HP - unchecked
Use Epiphany Off CD - checked
Cast Primary Before SSS - unchecked (if you don't have Madstone, check this)
Disable Mantra Spam - checked (uncheck this if you have some survival issues)
Use Dashing Strike OOC - checked
Disable Exploding Palm - checked
Use SSS Off CD - checked (uncheck if you don't have Madstone)
Dashing Strike Delay - 500
Armory settings:
Just make sure that everything in Equip Options and Upgrade Formulas is unchecked.. Set the Mystery Vendor settings as you like.

Here is a Video of the bot clearing a very bad T8 rift in just 3 minutes, the bot picks up every item on its path!

Items looted/hour: 610
Legendary/hour: 31.61
Gold/hour: 6 million
Exp/hour: 6 billion
Note: If you are looking for max/gold/legendaries per hour, this is not appropriate. If you want to farm rift keys, death breath's and yellow/blue/white materials this is extremely quick.

But didn't want to change it from it's default settings as not all can benefit from this feature
