Hey guys, I see there's lots of confusion regarding the bot and this build and there's people claiming it can't do very well at all in grifts. That's not true at all. I've managed to finish a level 60 grift twice in a row with more than 2 minutes remaining and sub optimal gear. Here's how I did it.
The Build and Gear
All skills used and optimal gear can be found here:
http://www.d3planner.com/590848065
The gear doesn't need to be even remotely this good, just as long as it doesn't suck you should be alright. Having CDR instead of IAS on rings and shoulders is OK, you don't need GR75 levels of DPS and Recovery here, and being able to cast Epiphany more often is always a good thing.
Speaking of Epiphany, you can trade that for Serenity if you like. I prefer Epiphany myself for botting because of the extra mobility it provides, but you can do without it.
Update
I have been testing the new variation of this build that uses Acient Parthan Defenders and it seems to work just as well, if not better, than the build above. You should try it if you have all the (admittedly very hard to get) gear:
http://www.d3planner.com/882545835
Legendary Gems
Bane of the Trapped
Esoteric Alteration
Simplicity's Strength
NOTE: We are not using Bane of the Stricken because it's really not necessary for a level 60 grift. We have more than enough DPS as it is to kill level 60 bosses and we can always use more toughness. Especially considering we will be running with avoidance turned off here to save us some precious time. Update: Now that Trinity supports snapshotting it may be a good opportunity to go for that Bane of the Stricken of yours. That is, if you feel like you're tough enough that you can do no avoidance + no esoteric.

Trinity Settings
Other Trinity Settings are irrelevant. Remember to always use the latest version of Trinity.
Misc Combat settings: most of the settings here I left at default. Important things we should change are:
About 'Minimum Trash Mob Pack Size: I left this at 2 when I managed to beat two level 60 grifts in a row, but it's probably not ideal. Feel free to experiment here and come up with the ideal value for yourself. Edit: raised the value from 2 to 5 and I am seeing some better results. Feel free to raise this even more if you feel like it would help
I set 'Always kill elites below % Health' to 15 because sometimes a Rare elite will follow you for so long that it'll get to really low health just from suffering collateral damage. This will make sure you will get a few extra bonus globes when that happens.
Monk combat settings: like with misc settings, mostly everything here is at default. These are the options you should be looking at:

Our friend Forsik has been getting amazing results (65+ GRs!) by using a slight variation of the settings presented in this guide. For those of you interested, he was kind enough to provide an explanation of his setup here.
FAQ
Q: Can I use X instead of Y?
A: Sure thing. This is how I did it, by no means it means it's the best possible configuration for doing grifts.
Q: What gem levels do you recommend?
A: My gems were at around lvl 70 when I wrote this. You should be using at least lvl 60 gems here, I'd say.
Q: My monk is doing level 60 GR's alright, but it only manages to finish it in time about 10% of the time. Are you sure you did it twice in a row?
A: Yeah, but I never said it would finish it 100% of the time. I could've gotten lucky AFAIK. Maybe it can finish a 60GR 50% of the time, maybe less, but it's definitely possible.
Q: I followed everything you said and my monk is still doing terrible/dying all the time. What's up with that?
A: I have no idea. Maybe it's your gear, or maybe you set something wrong. Or maybe you should try leveling some more, the more p-levels the better. Also, make sure you have the latest Trinity/DB/Adventurer.
Q: Well, I think you're lying. There's no way you finished a level 60 GR while I can barely do a 55. You're lying, aren't you?
A: I'm not, I've got no reason to. Have you tried checking your settings again?
Q: I like you jubis. How do I give you my money?
A: You can make a deposit for the jubisfund by clicking here

I'd like to thank Taras Bulba for letting me steal his template from his WD guide and for the awesome plugin that is Adventurer. Also, big ups for xz jv for making this build work with trinity right when I was about to give up on it and to Forsik for being a really really avid tester and feedback giver.

What Mushroomhead said
Btw enchantress would use the following.
Skills:
Gear:
- Level 15 Skill: Charm (Charms a enemy for 6 seconds)
- Level 20 Skill: Missle Ward (6% Range Damage Reduction)
- Level 25 Skill: Disorient (Disorients Enemies for 2 seconds)
- Level 30 Skill: Mass Control, however if Focused Mind(3% Attack Speed) allows you to hit another APS Breakpoint go with APS.
- Enchantress Token: Smoking Thurible - Intellect, Critical Hit Damage
- Weapon: Thunderfury - Intelligence, 10% Damage, 10% Cooldown Reduction & Socket
- Ring 1: Oculus Ring - Intelligence, Double Attack Speed Roll(16%)
- Ring 2: Unity - Intelligence, Attack Speed, Cooldown Reduction
- Amulet: The Ess of Johan - Intelligence, Critical Hit Chance, Cooldown Reduction, Attack Speed & 80% Pull Chance

Misc Combat settings: most of the settings here I left at default. Important things we should change are:
- Uncheck 'Attempt to avoid AoE'. I know it sounds crazy, but if you followed the build description above you should have enough toughness to survive pretty much anything that a GR60 can throw at you. The purpose of unchecking this is to gain time by punching more and running less.
- Uncheck 'Kite to avoid death on low HP'. Same reasoning goes here.
- Increase 'Delay after kill' to somewhere around 700 ms. This is very important and should keep the bot from dashing away from progression globes all the time.
- 'Use movement spells out of combat' should be checked because even though casting Dashing Strike spends precious Spirit, I found that it still makes you enough time to be worth it.
- Make sure you check 'Ignore Yellow/Rare Packs' to avoid wasting time on Rares since they have extreme amounts of HP at this level.
- Check 'Always Attack Elites in Clusters'. This will override the other 'ignore elites' settings when they're inside big clusters. If the cluster is big enough this might provide you with a few extra progression globes per rift.
- Increase 'Trash Pack Cluster Radius' to somewhere around 60. There were some changes to how weighting is done in Trinity and this setting is now working properly, which for this build means you have to increase it if you want Static Charge being spread properly.
- Set 'Always kill Trash below % Health' to something around 10. I found that 8 works quite well for me, but this might vary a bit depending on gear and whatnot. This option will make sure that the bot doesn't move away from a cluster leaving behind big enemies that were almost dead.
- Make sure 'Use Bane of the Stricken Snapshotting' is checked and set to something slightly below you max attacks per second. For example, if your max IAS is 4.8, set it to 4.7 to make sure rounding errors don't affect your performance. Note that I don't have that option set in the settings image because I don't have that gem. If you do this option is obligatory.

Monk combat settings: like with misc settings, mostly everything here is at default. These are the options you should be looking at:
- 'Disable Mantra Spam' should be checked. Trinity can auto detect it when you need the extra toughness provided by the active effect of Mantra of Salvation, so there's no need to lose DPS by spamming it.
- 'Use Dashing Strike OOC' should be checked. Like I said, it saves time.
- 'Dashing Strike Delay' should be set to somewhere around 4000 ms. This will make sure we always have the IAS buff from Radiance up.
- 'Apply Static Charge to': this is a tricky one. Setting this value too high will cause to bot try to spread it everywhere and it will decrease DPS because it won't be casting WotHF often enough. On the other hand, too low a value will cause the bot to waste the awesome proc rates that make this build so good in the first place. You'll probably be fine with a % somewhere between 30 and 50. See what works better for you. I left it at 40% and I like the results I'm getting.
- Considering we have very little Epiphany uptime here, I recommend using the new options 'Use on Hard Elites Only' (edit: I changed this to 'When Elites are Nearby' for now because it seems elite affix detection is broken atm) and 'Use Epiphany on emergencies'. 'Emergencies' are when your monk drops below a set percentage of its total HP and this value can be set through the TVars window (Trinity Variable Configuration -> Monk.Epiphany.EmergencyHealth). Hard elites are any elites (that you're not currently ignoring) that have one or more of the folowing affixes: arcane, frozen, jailer, molten, nightmarish, electrified + reflect damage as well as all bosses.
