Ok if you are like me, just bought the bot and have no idea how to set it up or have no idea how to do anything, where to find updated plugins ill try to write a guide about things i figured out so far. When i find or learn something new ill try to update this guide and post it here.

[BUYING THE BOT]

Buying the bot is pretty much easy and clear, go to "exilebuddy.com" and just scroll down so you can choose how many sessions you want to buy, and which payment option you want to use. (Have in mind that paypal is sometimes disabled as payment, or i didn't see it first time i tried to buy the bot, but week after it was available again)

After you do that you will get email about confirming your order and shortly after that new email with your key.

If you lose your key or want to check all your keys/sessions on you place you can do it here "buddyauth.com". You need to register here first before you can use it, and when you do use the same email address that you used when you were buying the bot.

The bot can be downloaded either on site or buddyauth, you can download it in zip file or just use their installer(i used the installer). After you unzip or install bot i suggest adding exclusions to your firewall or antivirus so you can use it without any problems. I did this in advance, not really sure if its necessary.

[BOT SETTINGS]

When you run the bot you will be asked to input your key that you bought and received in email, and also you choose general settings, like language and which configuration file you will use, all this can be changed later. If you stop at window input process 32bit or inject or something like that cant really remember how it goes, it means you have't changed your POE video settings. Bot can work only in directX9 and directX9EX (not really sure, but i think and i guess that 9EX is more efficient one, im using it at least)

After this step bot window will open, and first you can choose here if you want to use MapBot or QuestBot since this bot can do quests and acts 1-10(from what i understood, i didn't try it out), but keep in mind that you can't have both turned on. If you are a newbie like me, and there was no one to tell you this or nowhere to read it and you have missed it, you will have MapBot(or QuestBot) grayed out, without possibility to enable it.
Below Map/Quest Bot you choose Combat routine. I don't really know much abot this, you can check the subforum for info on that. I use OldRoutine, and it seems to work fine for now.
And right below that you have a path where bot log is and where you can check for some errors or simply what your bot is doing.

After bot is loaded you have settings button on the top right corner

• Program

Pretty much everything here should be clear here.

• Bots

MapBot - Everything here should be clear also, only thing i didn't figure out and don't know if its possible, how to ignore some Affixes completely, like lets say you have a map with elemental reflect, affix is Mirrored and bot leaves that map in stash. But you can set up bot to reroll any affix you don't like. You will have to check out names for yourself, but probably most troubling mods are ele/phy reflect and its Mirrored or Punishing affix.

QuestBot - Did not use it, so no idea honestly​

Cross-Bot Settings - Here you set up stashing currency rares uniques etc, or choose individual currency. Use the NAME or NUMBER of your tabs! Lets say you have 5 tabs in total, one is currency tab and its the last one in order so fifth. You named it "Money", in currency setup don't put 5 as tab but put Money, so letters or numbers not specific order of tabs !
Other tabs here also pretty much clear. I don't know how stuck detection works, i just enabled it. In misc you can check your bot to pick up stuff from your inventory ?? (i guess not sure)

• Routine

Here you set up your skills from 1 to 8 how you set it up in game, counting from LMB as "1" and "T"(By default POE settings) as 8. If you put aura or golem there, bot will use or summon it, you can check auras that you don't want to use(did't try this out) etc. many more, you can read can you
About totems i don't know there are separate routines for that i think, you will have to check Combat routine subforum.

[PLUGINS] - This is what makes this bot good ?

Here you can use and setup official plugins or ones developed by the community for various like chaos recipe setup, Abyss, Breaches etc etc. I will post about ones that i use or find updated versions of, and know something about them.

Download and put them in 3rdParty which is located folder in your exilebuddy installation folder. Don't put them in default or legacy just in 3rdParty folder.

So far only plugin i've used is

Advanced Item Filter know as AIF.

Evaluableitem.cs - if you need this, should be copied into "Classes" folder(i think you would need this only if you are using an older version of AIF).

Download Rules and in AIF settings, go to Custom Rules then click on Rules arrow>LOAD>Pick rules you downloaded from link i posted or any other one>SAVE.

You also have option to input your own rules, i did not use this. Chaos recipe works without adding any custom rules.
If you want to vendor some trash uniques you will have to add custom rules
as in "item.NameContains("example name") and item.IsUnique"
EXAMPLE: "item.NameContains("Death Bow") and item.IsUnique" (without " on beginning and end of the line) so this makes bot sell unique items that have base Death Bow, such as Death's Opus, Death' Harp and Iron Commander.
or item.IsGloves , item.IsHelmet if you want your rule to be more defined --- ty clbraver

Now there are few rule types, the one you are intrested in if making a list of crap uniques is SELL or KEEP.,but know that keep has priority over sell. So it is much easier to make a list of good uniques and sell all the crap ones. Just make a list of uniques you want to keep, and in rule type SELL enable rule that sells all uniques

As i said, i followed some guide about setting up AIF with chaos recipe, and thats outdated, u don't need to mess with that now, recipe works fine with just setting it up in(ExVault's plugin).

1. Where is Exilebuddy Discord ?

Discord channels that are used for cheating in any game are against ToS or whatever that document, that usually no one reads is called . So that means Exilebuddy Discord was closed twice and from what i've read there are no plans on opening another one. Now some people say there is one made again but its kept in dark for a chosen circle of people. Makes sense though because then it won't be closed since no one will report that channel, then again it's not really fair.

And actually that's why i'm making this guide, since all links and info were on discord, now that it is closed newcomers can't get any information about the bot without spending 5 days of searching and waiting for answers in threads.

2. What is the best botting build?

A common question usually left without answer because a lot of people use bot to earn currency and RMT(real money trading), so you are competition to them and no one will share their secret to success.
Anyway what you need to do is go around forum a little bit and searched for threads because it was asked a million times. Also keep in mind that some builds work better with bot and some do not work at all, after all bot is not a human and it cant really be good like you can play it.

Demonviper made a nice thread about good builds for bot you can check his thread link is just below. Thanks to him for his effort. Of course you should tweak and set up things a little bit. Play with it, be creative until you get the best result!

I probably forgot something, its really late here and i'm tired. So, sorry for anything that i missed to write or that is not correct, FEEL FREE TO CORRECT ME OR TO ADVISE ME ON HOW I CAN IMPROVE THIS POST AND ADD NEW STUFF HERE.
For most people probably this guide/thread will be stupid, but i'm hoping this will make life easier for some people, i'm just trying to cover the basics and help.
Also feel free to ask anything, i will try to answer though my knowledge at the moment is terrible I hope other people will help too.
