[GUIDE] Do you have problem with targeting/targeting while mounted?

This is something that I discovered in most of the profiles out there, this code does not exist in the old profiles and that makes the bot having troubles to target the mobs, especially while your toon is mounted.

  • Not targeting mobs?
  • Not targeting mobs while mounted?
  • Target..untarget..target..untarget..?

SOLUTION

The XML code is different now.

You need this in your profile:

<GrindArea>
<TargetMinLevel>1</TargetMinLevel>
<TargetMaxLevel>81</TargetMaxLevel>
<Factions>38 22 45 21</Factions>
<Hotspots>
<Hotspot X="-10803.91" Y="-613.4804" Z="40.08848" />

The bold ones needs to be in your profile.

ALSO remember to UNCHECK "Ground Mount Farming Mode"

well some ppl have issues (usually with pvp) and hawker should be releasing a "fixed" copy soon (hopefully today)

I have tried your "fix" and it does not work in EoTS. I'll be trying the rest of them shortly. I still think it's an internal issue w/ HB that the devs (as Hawker said) will have to fix
 
I have tested your revised-2 and this one doesn't even move

Yea I noticed that "SetGrindArea" should not be in the profile :P Changing that now :)

Some of your new profiles are still messed up. Its good to check your .xml before uploading them.

I was going to say I would update my PvP profiles but I also believe this is an internal HB problem. Either way, Hawker said it will be fixed in tomorrows release.

What is your problem then? The profiles works good for me...
 
I didnt check them all. I just went to check one of them to make sure it wasnt a copy of my profile :P. When I went to open it I got an error. Went to edit and realized you left out a </Grinderarea>. Dont remember which of the profiles it was tho. Sorry, I should have mentioned it in my last post, wasnt thinking. I hate when people say something doesnt work and dont tell you anything about the problem and I just did that. lol
 
Hehe okey then :) My misstake, i must of forgot to put the code in :) But just add it and it will work :)
 
You can just open any profile in Apoc's Beta Profile Editor, and it fixes all the issues aswell.
