Guess it was a waste of money

Ok almost a month ago I purchased lifetime, and 3 wow clients. These are now farming which is fine. But its impossible to sell gold, apparently my full server never needs gold which puzzles me. I have tried to sell to pesudacs and gold4key but only 1 time of 14 tries have they ever needed gold, that was pesudacs and apparently he had connection issues, so he asked me to wait until the next day. Ok fine I waited and contacted him as soon as he got on, but when I did he had bought from someone else... very nice. And I still havent been able to sell anything.

So guess I wasted the 80? + about the same for the wow accounts
 
ummmmm farm a different server its not the end of the world you have the game and life time sooooo stop crying and start working, vendor shit if you have to i do for 1k, use my jc to prospect titanium to make gems to ah, ah the dust, make rings to DE sell the enchanting mats. all these things sell, if your server sucks then move, *which one?* ask the people you sell gold tooo for which servers they need gold on sheeeeesh

if you really hate it leave sick of these post

What realm are you on?
 
Did you do any market research before deciding to step out in this adventure ?

Also sounds like you have afew accounts, but only farming the one server - bad idea that is, spread out over afew servers :)
 
Just a question, when a new server is being announced, is it a good idea to get a bot on there or are new servers not so great for gold?

Guess you read nothing of what I wrote, Iam making gold but I cant sell the gold.

And to others, Idont want to trasnfer my chars as it cost money (and I still havent earned any) and it flags my visa card if I get caught

And I asked Pesudacs many times about which server I should go to, but they dont want to give me any answer about that, dont know why.

And I dont think I am allowed to talk about what realm I am on..

i'm always thinking about moving to another server... the known gold buyers like gold4key and igsale just offer me 1 to 1.5$ per k and it seems gold prices are completly down on EU-de-servers...
 
its the same thing if you cant sell your mats or you cant sell your gold move servers.

not sure why they dont tell you lol, if you have lifetime start up some dk's on dif servers? lvl em up and bot/farm golds.. personally i pick medium servers. well im trying medium servers atm, see how it goes, have no problems selling gold or mats so must be good getting 3.6k from pusada lol

oh yea this is on US servers, EU pay small but may there is an advantage with EU not sure

Forget EU-DE Servers, i think german people dont buy from english/chinese companies. And the big german goldselling site dont buy your gold. Move to a non-german server...
 
As with anything, you have to do a bit of research before you start.
You cant just set up a shoe store in a location where there are already 50.
You wont make any money.
Same goes for botting, if you set up on a server where the economy price on herbs/ore is low, it indicates there may be a lot of competition.
Leading to you having trouble selling.
But it is not the end of the world as people have said, Just use your lifetime, 2 to 3 weeks you'll have a fresh 80 or 2 on a different server after some research and honorbuddy use.
And will be away.
Sure it may put your schedule behind by a few weeks, but you'll get there in the end.
 
Yes but then I have to buy alot of extra gametime, and all the online shops only sell 60 day, so its quite expensive to start 3 new chars and try again.

Also I play on a English realm, not german.

I did this.. and the first 20k was fine, now 0 demand for 3 weeks..... pusadaidiots. :p
 
Never play on 1 server alone, but get your bots going on several servers (if you do this to make money).

I have lifetime just to enhance my play experience (end content instead of levelling) and also farming materials for crafts and buy items off the AH.
I don't use GB/HB to profit, but just to spend my time better on fun than on level.

All in all if you have lifetime, start up new toons on different servers and start HB to level em and farm gold there.
If I recall correct there is a thread with servers that need gold (I recall kick wrote something like that).
Have a look there, and start it all up again.

U can have toons @ 80 with 7 - 8 days played (HB - Mord's pally makes this, and I guess his DK CC will do the same soon and U get a headstart @55 on different realms).

if you want to make some real money you have to spread your toons on more servers
 
What do you expect after someone made a thread on how to make money from playing wow ? I knew that this will happen, I'm in the same situation - wasted money on gb lifetime and on 3 accounts; the resellers saying they don't got demand on my servers. Trasfering to another realm is useless, on almost every realm is like this

Same problem, same reasons, simple math.
I am tempted to quit botting for cash (I'm a full-time career botter), it's getting bloody silly if I'm honest.
