If you are on the quest in stormheim where you are stuck in the white ball, this is fine to occur. The quest needs a wait timer for that section but has yet to be fixed. Basically it is trying to use the ground nav since there is no flying in legion yet, when it fails numerous times then HB tries to use flying nav instead in case you are in some fucked up quest it wasn't expecting to be in or some environment it wasnt expecting to be in.
If this is happening when you start the bot, then go to support section and post a log.

Both should upload a logfile in the appropriate section, probably in fresh own thread for support handling.
If its with the default questing pack - in the Support forum section, if the issue is with Buddy Store profile, redirect it to the profile developer on the store.
