Ground mount.

I'm sure this has already been asked, but how do I disable ground mount usage?

My low level alt's always summon the level 1 mount even though I have use ground mount un-checked. And my high level toons still use ground mount, same thing, I have ground mount un-checked. Which is fine for my non-stealth classes, but my Rogue and Druid I want to be able to have run around in stealth when not flying and no matter what it still uses the ground mount(s).
