(Grinding) pull more mobs at the same time

Is there any way when grinding to pull more then 1 mob at the same time ? Something like if there are in radius range 2-3 mobs, it will pull them all then loot move to next waipoint. Is it a question of Custom class or plugin ? Doesnt sound so difficult to implement
