Grinding not targeting mobs, Fury warrior, Singular

Having a small issue, the bot won't target mobs, I'm running the default singular profile for the fury warrior, targeting is enabled, but the bot just runs and runs. if it gets agro, it'll fight, but that's about it.

Any ideas? Is it a CC issue with singular?
