Let's start by rebooting your machine.
This still looks like a cache corruption issue to us. The profile believes your toon is 'finished' with the zone, but since it is a 94 Warlock on a 94-96 profile, this is highly unlikely. Let's try once again to clear the caches:
As stated in the article, for the clean install it is important that:
The 'installer', not the zip file, is used to perform the installation.
You will need to run the installer with Windows administrator privileges. The installer is available here:

The profiles are also available under the .../Honorbuddy/Default Profiles/ folder.
If it is working, then re-enable streaming. If it starts failing again, you will need to disable each streamed product in turn, until you figure out which one is causing the problem.
