GrindBot - loot only specific mob or don't loot specific mobs - possible?

I want GrindBot to loot Withered Hungerer mob who drops 4-6 starlight roses, but don't loot anything else, because it takes too much time, especially if the mobs have ancient mana on them. Is there any way I can achieve this?
