GrindArea: Some properties supported but not working?

AvoidMobs and Blackspots do not appear to be working within GrindArea, but are supported:

Possible to confirm/deny adequate implementation/functionality?

Avoidmobs isnt hooked up, but since we only target mobs that are specified its not really needed.
Blackspots should be working, do you have an example where it doesn't work properly?
