Grind while waiting in between fates

Hi,
Is there the possibility currently to grind in the area while there are no fates active. And once they become active to switch to do the fate and then go back to grinding?

This would be a plugin, not a profile. I believe Patrol does that, though I also think Patrol has been having some major issues lately. You can try it.
