Grind Bot Mining "Looting window did not open after interaction"

For some reason Grind Bot will not mine nodes for me. It will start mining it then around 1second before its done it will run away and not loot. Ive attached the log. Herbing works fine. I do have the option use ground mount farming mode ticked. Attached a small log. Autolott is on and this is in Suramar zone.

any wow addons enabled?

No addons at all are enabled. Its a complete fresh install of WOW with no addons ever being installed. Herbing works fine. Mining is fine with GB2 but like I said this is Grind Bot Ground Mount farming mode.
