Grind bot = kills a mob runs away then comes back to loot.. help?! :/

Grind bot = Using my blood DK, when he kills a mob he runs away then comes back to loot the dead npc.. help?! :/
It looks very bottish, is there any settings I can change to stop this behavior ?
When my DK uses a ranged attack he loots normally, but any time he uses a melee attack he will run away then come back to loot.

Same with questing for me, probably just my terrible latency (1000+Millisecond), terrible CPU (1.78Ghz @ 2 cores) and terrible GPU (Integrated). What's your latency/CPU/GPU.

My latency to wow is 52ms, fram rate is 29, cpu is intel i5 2.67 ghz, 8 gigs of ram and windows 7 64 bit. I'm on a laptop, it's always run wow very smooth on high settings.
My GPU is amd radeon HD 6550m up to 2746 mb hyper memory.
