GreyMagic.dll despite following instructions

Hi. I am another user where Wildbuddy crashes on start due to the inability to find greymagic.dll.

I have:
Run BuddyWizard
Run vcredis_64x alone
Updated Windows to all the offered updates including .net

Honorbuddy works fine. Below is the log as the website button for upload files does nothing.

Thank you for any help you can give
