"greyed" out plugins and routines

I am trying to set up the bot but there are a lot of "greyed" out selections that I can't seem to enable.


How do I go about enabling them so that I can customize the plugin or routine?

Yeah, that is of course the first thing I tried.

Doesn't work.

For bots/routines, they must be the actively selected one from the main GUI.

For plugins, they must be enabled first (select the entry, then place a checkbox in the Enabled checkbox in the top left corner of the right panel to enable).
