Green and Blue Items - BoP vs BoE

I couldn't find anything on this topic.

Is it possible to mail BoE green and blue items but sell the BoP ones? Current setting doesn't allow that.
If there is no option for this in HB there might be another way around it if I can make HB to mail stuff before selling them. But atm it goes to vendor and sells first and goes to mail next. Is it possible to change the order?
