Greater rift trial - wiz problem

My apocalypse wiz dont cast black hole in GR trials. I've tried fresh installs a couple of times to try and fix this, but i cant get it to work.
Is anyone else experiencing this ?

I also have this problem.. I closed everything out and just gave up.. i wasnt getting anything higher than lvl 19-20 keys and it sucks.. only happens in trials
