Graphics Error: An error occurred resetting D3D

Why do I get this? Both my D3 screens turn grey, until I press OK. Then I get kicked out of the game. Only happens when I load Counter-Strike GO. GeForce 660Ti SC is my graphics card.

Another thing that is happening is after I press OK, D3 works, but when I alt tab back into CS:GO- DemonBuddy turns retarded. It sits there and dies, recreates games nonstop, or bot paused. It starts working normally when I alt tab out of CS:GO. Arghhh I built this damn computer so I can play CS:GO and bot at the same time.

Put CS go in fullscreen windowed mode, no more error popup, and no more DB going haywire. It's different when alt tabbing out of cs now, hard to get back to my desktop, and can only tab through individual screens.

I'm curious to know why putting CS in windowed helps?

CS Fullscreen mode will auto minimize Diablo 3 window, DB will not be able to send commands to minimized Diablo 3 window.
