Graphic settings/multiple install locations

I'm use to having multiple installs of WoW, one for both, one for main and so on. I noticed even if I did that, all the graphic settings would be same as the last client that was closed. So it means the game settings are saved in C:\ user files. Is there away around it? So I don't have to change graphic settings on every login.

You could run the game at minimum settings with the bot all inside a VM; that would use a separate devoted Users directory
