That's what the people at Niantic are saying about botters.

Here's what I think. It doesn't matter about the eggs, speed, claiming rewards or a ton of other excuses. Niantic can see the bot!

May i correct it:

Simple, use pokefarmer or other bots = ban , gps spoof = ban , nox or emulator = ban , people reported you for owning "their" Gym = ban! Login the same account from 2 different devices within 5mins time frame = ban! you're not doing any in app purchase from them = ban! Having 2 different accounts (i used to login 2accs alternatively using the same device) = Ban! Being a passenger in a speeding car while catching pokemon = ban..

left us nothing but BAN! BAN! BAN! BAN! BAN!

then we have to continue giving them BOTS BOTS BOTS BOTS!
