I am very pleased. Took about half the time I expected. Back to NS play now. Although I might just finish out the season on my Crusader now...more on that later.

First, a BIG round of THANK YOUs to all the developers and non-troll posters that made this possible.

I went from zero in Season 5 the day it started, to within 3 weeks, having completed the Conqueror achievement and racked up 930 Paragon points, still over 100 more Paragon than I have in my Non-seasonal account, AND better gear than I currently have for my Crusader.

I started with TarasBulbas Helltooth WD build. I had gotten to around 800 Paragon points, and was breezing through most of the achievements, until I found I could just barely squeak through clearing a TX rift in 6 minutes. 5 minute was going to be rough, and 4 minutes seemed impossible. Then I started reading Dushyanta's post on the LoN Bombardment crusader. It occurred to me that if that build could get me through TX Rift in 4 minutes, it should be fairly easy to swap out the LoN set for 2 other rings and complete the one remaining "Conquest" I needed, GR45 with no set items. And that is just how it worked out. The timing worked out so that I was able to load the Trinity build with most of the changes needed to make that build work.

And work it did! It took a couple of days of tweaking, upgrading certain items. When I finally completed Conqueror and got my stash tab, I had only spent about a week running the Crusader (off and on, I was actually away from home, and running things over Remote Desktop, until we had a storm right after the Tuesday patch and my IPs at home got reset. Still, I got it back up Thursday, and finished up Conqueror late last night.

Assuming things don't get harder, next season should see me finishing Conqueror and getting the stash tab in 2 weeks or less, not 3, and only using up one character slot.

You guys rock!

And yes, Trinity devs will be getting a donation, you earned it!

PS. Just rechecked the Season Crusader. 133 more Paragon points, yes. Better gear, not really, and my NS LoN Bombardment Crusader, is already clearing GR68 if I push, the Seasonal one never finished GR66.

Long way to go before my NS Crusader is clearing 80s, but still not bad from a pretty bare lvl70 Crusder with only about 750ish Paragon last night, now sitting at 797 and farming GR61s, trying to finish out the buld properly and get more ancients into the mix

Congratulations on getting a stash tab!

I'm also running a seasonal character just to farm for extra stash, but the job is not easy.. The character I use is a monk, and it seems just impossible to finish a conqueror mission ATM. Altough it has been fun developing a brand new character, the whole point of starting a new season for me was to get a stash tab...so getting stuck with achievement in the middle was unanticipated discomfort for me. I'm currently botting DH to decide whether I should start a brand new crusader to get the remaining job, and this just gave me a courage to start a new character. Thanks :)

BTW, may I ask which two conqueror missions did you pick and how? I'm expecting those are GR45 without set effect + 50,000,000 continuous gold pickup..
would you share some tips in getting things done?

Sure. I got the 50M gold one as you surmised. Unfortunately I can't give you much detail as to when or how, except that I was still on the Helltooth WD build. I was just checking my achievements and it was there. My guess is that since I had Goblins "Kamikaze" set in Trinity, I must have stumbled on to a bandit shrine or just a field full of goblins, and just happened to complete it while I was afk, prolly while doing a Rift for GR key. Pretty sure I was past 600 Paragon, prolly more like700-800 Paragon and completing 55+ GRs.

Once I got the LoN crusader going, I just kept farming gear and gem augs for several days until I could comfortably farm GR60+.

Some advice for just going after the stash tab.

Only farm your worn gems up to 70%, Non-worn gems always at 100%. When farming, not pushing, use a cubed broken crown, you'll need it for the gems. WEAR an Aquilar Cuirass. Don't worry about using the cubed one until you are ready to push past the Conqueror requirement.

When I felt I was ready to go for the TX rift time trials, I went into Triinity and told it to open nothing, pick up NOTHING, but wore Nemesis Bracers, and made Trinity click on EVERY shrine, with high priority. 5 min went first time. 4 minutes took 2-4 tries, not sure how many, was close to ideal zones, and mobs when it finally clicked. I do remember watching it fail to match the 5 minute time, then suddenly it was on track and finished in under 3.5 minutes! So I went and killed Greed in TX, then made the slight changes and did the GR45 with no set items easy. Swapped out one LoN ring for an ancient Unity I augmented, my follower was already wearing the mate. The other one was an ancient Justice Lantern I had lying in bank from WD. Augmented that and waltzed through GR45 and got my tab.

how did you finish act 1-5 within 1 hr? dang

I didn't! You have to complete 2 conquests. That was not one of the 2 I completed! Although the LoN Bombardment Crusader might be up to it. But who cares?

I got the 50M streak conquest for free while afk on a lesser build. And then got the GR45 by design at the end as described above.

You get to pick which 2 conquests. Choose wisely!

My suggestion on the 50M one, is set the bot to farming GR Keys or Bounties, uncheck all the pickup stuff. except the keys or bounties you are farming, of course, but be sure it will open bandit shrines and kamikaze bandits and of course pick up ALL gold! If you are lucky, and its fast enough, you win. Heck, at TX with decent GF+, one gilded baron could do it! Not sure of that, but it sounds good. Like I said, I got lucky in my sleep on that one!

If that does not work, you may need to do multiple classes and do 55+ with 6 different sets. Whatever works.

I wonder if the 3 set WD pet build would work for 3 of those at once? Then a IK/WW Barb build and you only need your LoN Crusader for the last? If anyone tries that I would be interested in the results. Might need it next season if I don't get lucky in my sleep next season!

One more thing I forgot to mention. While on the WD Helltooth build I decided to go ahead and do the set dungeon mastery requirement. Not with Helltooth though, from what I read that seemed like a real pain, so I watched a video on the Arachyr set dungeon. I had been stashing all my WD ancients, and had a full set of Arachyr ancients. watched the video, had to throttle the build back a bit to meet the requirements w/o nuking things too fast. Got mastery on 3rd try. Then went back Helltooth for farming.

One more suggestion for "lucking into" the 50M gold streak conquest. If you hope to stumble into this while afk like I did, do NOT wear Nemesis Bracers! Last thing you would want on hitting a bandit shrine is to spawn an elite set to distract and eat up DPS that should be focused on bandits!

One thing i do not understand, this season's conquest does not include the TX rift time trials... or for some reason it's not showing in mine?

As best I can tell on TX times it only shows you progress or lack, on your current 'season level'. when I finished TX I could not check next TX until that level was complete

I derped really hard... it's right there under Guardian (last one, after the stash), not on conquests

Guardian of Sanctuary: Finish a TX Nephalem rift within 3 minutes

And i have THANK YOU.

I started with Diablo 3 01.february.2016 again after 3 jears. Now i have 850 Paragon, 3 chars 70 (1 Bomb thorn Crusader full eq, 1 Furios Charge barb full eq) i *****ed the Grift 73 with bot and after i read your threath i got my EXTRA stash too. I had the 1 Conquer from bot and then i made the Grift 45 without any set items first try with bot. Thank you for the Info ;)

which 2 conquests did you do?
I found them very hard to accomplish.
The gr45 solo without set items is just too hard.
running through act1-5 in under 1 hour is also unreasonably hard.

As I said in posts on first page, I lucked into the 50M streak while botting my Helltooth WD while asleep. So I have no details, I just checked and it was there.

The speed Act 1-5 does seem unreasonable to me. I did the GR45 with no set by taking my LoN Bombsader and swapping out the LoN rings for an Ancient Justice Lnatern and a Unity (my follower was wearing one too). With LoN I was doing 65, so 45 w/o LoN was easy.

The gr45 solo is the easiest one by far, lol.

Yes its the easiest. First try with my LoN Bomber crusade and had 7 min left. My first Conquest wa the 50 mil while a botting :D

Just replace the set rings and go in. Dont think too much just do it.
