Got scammed

I bought 30days playtime 5 days ago from a random guy in trade channel for 5k.
I got success when i entered the code and when i looked on my account information i saw that 1 month was added, so i payed the guy...

Today when i was in a bg i got an in-game message that my gametime will expire in 30 min so i logged bnet fast and saw that the month i bought 5 days ago was gone.

I dont care about the 5k but just wanna know what actually happened to the month i bought.

Any suggestions?

its not a lost for me that's why i trusted the guy in the first place
He said that he was a gold seller that sold game codes for a while because he had that working role until he sold enough of them.

Many of these codes are purchased with stolen credit card info, and when blizzard goes through they can delete the game time, and even ban your account for purchasing real life items with ingame gold
