So, i don't bot to get gold for sell or something else. I bot for myself, making some gold (not that much, sometimes i make 0 per day, sometimes i make 10k .. ). Usually i play my chars using Tyrael and a combat routine so i do the movement (for example i farm for like 4 hours motes or cloth etc).
I was using gatherbuddy with randombuddy to gather some ores like 2 hours every 3-4 days (so i was using this to get ores for my cooldowns, if i sold some ores on ah was like 20-30 stacks every 3-4 days if i had a surplus). I'm ussualy on the computer when my bot gathers playing on the other account. I use logmeout to see if i'm stuck/dead etc - it beeps when it triggers. Looking at the game to see if my char is doing something unusual (flying in circle, stuck etc). But sometimes i let it gather for 1 hour ... but never had a problem (stucked, received wishpers etc) - but well... i'm around the house but don't know exactly what my bot is doing.
When i leave my bot unsupervised most of the time is when i grind (for transmog). I'm doing this from time to time killing mobs for like 5-6 hours - i transfer myself to a low pop/pve realm when i do this. Observer at first the bot but it grinds a small place and nothing special happens. So i just start the grind and check a movie, work on laptop etc looking on what the bot is doing from time to time (i didn't set a mail/repair so at 1-2 hours i stop, repair... mail some items and continue).
When i got the ban i was queing for arenas (with 2 accounts) just to enter and leave if there is another team or stay for the free win. Low rating ofc (under 200) ... you kinda get alot of free wins so i grinded my conquests this way alot of time. I got a DC then i saw in battle.net desktop application the message that my account is suspended until a date (72h). Received that second an email with reset the password ("If you did not request this password reset, it is possible that this Battle.net account has been accessed by someone not authorized to do so.").
The email for the ban i received like 12-14 hours later

Just was in denial saying it won't happen to me.
LE: forgot about something that made me think when i saw the reason of ban. got a char stuck in shrine on some barrels/walls etc (but it was legit as fuck, i was not using a bot just i wanted to get to mail, jumped and come to that stuck and i tried and managed to escape from there in like 1 minute or so humping the wall/jumping, trying to put a portal etc alot of people around, maybe somebody reported me thinking it is a bot stucked there... but rly, i know 2 places in both horde and alliance shrines where you can get yourself stuck cause you tried to jump or get somewhere faster :-s

, i was not using a bot just i wanted to get to mail, jumped and come to that stuck and i tried and managed to escape from there in like 1 minute or so humping the wall/jumping, trying to put a portal etc alot of people around, maybe somebody reported me thinking it is a bot stucked there... but rly, i know 2 places in both horde and alliance shrines where you can get yourself stuck cause you tried to jump or get somewhere faster :-s
