use the grind bot to do SM
It's fast, easy, drops decent coin.
Or you can do Sholomance for coin, and a chance for a mount drop

I would also like to add the level 70 heroic dungeons drop a TON of coin!

And what mount drops in Scholomance?

Just farm anything thats a humaniod. Twlight highland dwarfs drop pretty nice coins
