got banned...please help...not sure what to do...sigh

I was literally online earlier, got dc'd, tried logging back in and got the error 202......besides posting here, didnt have the time to pursue appealling or do whatever to get account back.....have time currently....i have logged into battle.net and can see the ticket procedure......should i fill out or should i call blizzard? ....and really not sure what to say??....sigh....please help, anyone???


I was not even running my bot when i was d/c'd from game and upon trying to log back in got the message of my account being closed.....not sure what to do or how to proceed....any help would be greatly appreciated.....
This is my main account...been playing and paying for years....just started botting a few months ago.....an old friend helped set up the bot which is used for strictly farming ghost iron ore which is not used for any financial gain to myself or anyone else that i know of....i am somewhat computer illiterit and do even know how to go about appealing this if thats even possible....sigh.....or not sutre what to tell blizz if i contact them.....please someone help

YAY!!!! .......SUCCESS!!! ........after my initial ticket and getting the generic form response, i sent another ticket questioning the validity of their actions and also stated i would contact my financial institution and have any and all charges reversed and pursuade my family and friends to boycott blizzard. I maintained my innocence and played stupid and iggnorance with both my tickets to them appealling their decision. It has paid off in my favor and played out over the course of a couple hours......this is their final response --------

I would like to thank the two people that took the time to answer my pleas for help regarding this matter.....I definitely will lay low for awhile and bot alot more responsibly in the future.

I am possitive that i was banned from other people reporting me cause i undercut their ghost iron ore several days in a row....sigh.

This is my only wow account and am extremely HAPPY i did not lose it, lol. YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think you got luck with the GM. I recieved the same message, and put in a ticket not confirming or denying. I claimed that a brother was using the account and that account sharing would not occur. I recieved the same canned spam mail of we have upheld the ban. Second ticket was responded with a the following response.

Thank you for your continued correspondence. After an additional thorough review of the action taken against this account, we regret to inform you that we have arrived at the same conclusion and the account action will not be removed under any circumstances.

LOL at that comment. Time to get a new account. The cost of doing business. With the drop in price to 35 including MOP, maybe the ban hammer is stronger.

You where very lucky indeed, had 7 appeals, 7 different gm's /responses...locked forever.

they basicly said they know you was botting but let you off the hook....

send that gm ---> way... my ticket is waiting.
