Got banned 12/9 while using HB build 870 leveling.

I watched the whole thing at 2:16am 12/9. GM moved me from one map to another, and then kicked me out and banned my account.

My hb build is 870, I want to know does Blizzard still can detect Hornorbuddy? or this is GM's decision that I'm a bot. Because I issued a ticket and pretend that I was playing the game manully and waiting the result.

Blizzard can detect HB but they didnt. This was surly the decision of the GM.
I think he wrotes you and after no reply he checked you in Game and saw that you are a bot.
