Got a refund on a buddystore product back in WoD and want to repurchse now

This was about 8-10 months ago... is there anything I can do to make this happen or is that buddystore product locked out of my acc permanently?

pretty much locked. its like that to combat charge backs and some that would want a refund upon losing their wow account and rage-refunding i'd assume.

i think its a buddy store issue so contacting support with an email would be your best bet [email protected]

And like frosticus said, it is to prevent fraud.
