It's pretty safe but if blizzard detects honorbuddy it doesn't really matter what you use. On regards of player report, it's really safe to use in LFR and kind of safe to use with pre-made raids.

If you play and use lazyraider/enyo for combat, follow tactics manually, and communicate you will never be reported.
