Got a problem

Hello, I have a problem with accessing the website ( I know I am on it right now I will explain that in a second). When I try to go to www.honorbuddy.com it opens just fine, but if I go to WOW Bot for PVP Leveling Gathering - Gatherbuddy & Honorbuddy Forums - WOW Bots it just comes up with a "This page cannot be displayed or is not responding". I have tried to use different web browsers such as IE, Firefox, and Chrome and none of them will open it; I have called my cable company they said there is nothing on their end that is the problem, I have reset my modem, even went to get a new modem today and it still fails to work. I have diabled everything on the computer as far as firewall and antivirus goes and no luck on either of them. I have been having to use proxies just to get to the website, yet everyone else I know has no problem getting to it. I dont know if my ip range is blocked or even my ISP.

Can you run the following at a command prompt and let me know the results?

nslookup www.thebuddyforum.com
ping <the ip address that comes up from the nslookup>
tracert <same ip address>

Your tracert has a typo in it, says 200 instead of 208 Can you change that then resend?

Something is disallowing your machine to get all the way to the IP. I can't be sure if its on our end or your proxy's end (if you were using one). Boss, can you check the address that he's coming from or the address of his proxy to see if its banned?
