got a problem says : encountered a problem.

yooo guyz, i got a problem when i want to startup,
i put my key etc in the login mode, then i get a screen : honorbuddy has encountered a problem, we are sorry for the incovenience.

Can't locate or assemble fasmdll_managed.Version=1.0.3829.8764, Culture=neutral. Publickeytoken... the system can't locate the files.

How can i fix this please help .

was searching some site's for those problems, some gave me : registry nuke or some, to fix those probs, but still wont help a shit, i rlly need this done today ..
