Should I send a ticket to Niantic to try to reserve it? What do you think?

I would also like to know if there is any chance of a refund, as my main and only account in the game has probably been banned and I have a brand new key with lots of days to use (30+). Or just another way to I don't lose the investment.

What can you guide me in the face of this scenario? Since I've never used any other kind of program except your service.

Sorry but you do not get a refund for a ban.
If you bought a key <7 days you can request a refund. >7 days there is no way, sorry.

Yeah sure, but i need a time away from this game... Too many time spent on it before PF, and i had just one account (a big strong one) and at this moment i don't wanna play... Maybe later...
