My Question:
Greetings xxx,

Battle.net Account:xxx
BattleTag: xxx

Action: 72 Hour Suspension
Violation: Unapproved Third Party Software

Blizzard will take action against any players using third party programs, which operate outside the World of Warcraft software, to gain an advantage in the game. This software may include increasing movement or teleportation hacks, automating gameplay, or other changes that subvert the mechanics or design of the game. This can also include programs that obtain information not normally available to the regular player, or that transmit or modify any of the game files.

Normally, this classification does not include UI modifications or addons, except those UIs that require an external application to function.
This is a warning against the above behavior, which Blizzard deems unacceptable for World of Warcraft. This is covered in the World of Warcraft Code of Conduct and Terms of Use (http://www.blizzard.com/company/about/termsofuse.html).

In addition to this warning, your game license has been issued a suspension as detailed above. Your game license will not be available for play during this time.

As the account holder, you are responsible for the activity associated with this game license. Further violations will result in harsher suspensions or permanent closure.

This page contains details on how suspensions are appealed and reviewed:

This is my suspension e-mail and is this my final warning ? What will be happen if i use bot for leveling or farm some reputation's not 24 hours i'll be more careful this time.Or if this my final warning what will be next 6 months or perma ?
What will you suggest i want to keep botting for reputation's(dungeon farm or mob farm or quest) and questing.

Thanks

If it get caught again, its unliftable permaban!

If you intent to bot on this account only. Either forget it for at least 2 months or x-fer the botting toon to different license on your account if its worth it to you.

The new license will be with clean record, and you can continue botting on it.

Then take a look at all the safety botting threads and guides here on the forum, understand and adopt, so you can bot happily in the future.

Wow so no botting for 2months not even questing. After 2 months will my record be clean or the risk will be lower ?

Thank you for reply

When you bot, you really should not be trying to draw attention to yourself. Botting 24 hours a day at 50% observation only increases your chance of getting caught exponentially.

"How many (average) hours per day did you bot? 24"

All I had to read to know why...

Basic knowledge would have figured this out without needing to even post!

HAHA!

But officer i've been speeding all day. Why are you giving me a ticket now?

I love how the average hours botting per day is 24 and he's curious if he can keep his account if he gets caught botting on it again.

It is not about 24hours botting, it is about using BGbuddy.
Yes im botting 24 hours for almost a year with questing farming.Using bgbuddy with a ranged class draws lot of attentions i realized that.

Aion said no botting for 2 months will it be higher risk in this 2 months because they will watch my account right ?

and again."After 2 months will my record be clean or the risk will be lower ? "

No, Blizz is never cleaning warnings on account. If there will be another problem with your account in future (report) you will receive permanent ban without any chance of unban.

You should by new account and forget about this one.

It doesn't matter if you take 2 seconds, 2 months or 2 years off. Those warnings are now permanently on your account. If you get caught again, you'll almost definitely be perma-banned.

It doesn't matter what kind of botting you do, the risk is always there. There isn't a single aspect of the bot that is "safer" than the others. If the bot gets detected, you'll get banned.

Don't bot on something you aren't willing to lose.
